How to use One-Click Call

In this article, we will discuss how to use the CRM more effectively to communicate with clients. One way to do this is by using the “click to call” feature. Instead of manually dialing a phone number, the CRM can automatically call the client for you with just the click of a button. This can save you time and make your communication with clients more efficient.

Additionally, CRM can keep track of your call history, allowing you to easily follow up with clients and keep track of important information. By utilizing these features, you can improve your overall communication with clients and provide better service.

Simply follow these steps after integrating it successfully

Step 1 – Access Profile Settings

Access your profile by clicking on the profile menu located in the upper right corner of the page

Step 2 – Enter a Fallback Number, Enable One-Click Calling

Scroll down until you see the “One-click Calling” option, make sure to enter a Fallback Number and your Cellphone number in CallRail and click on the “Enable One-Click” calling

Step 3 – Test, Select a Lead to contact

Go back to Pipeline, choose a lead to call

Step 4 – Start the Call

When you’re ready to call the lead, simply select the Call tab in the lead window and click the “Start Call” button.

  • You can view all the call history for this lead in this window

Important: Ensure that the one-click call option is activated in your CRM in your profile settings and that you have designated a fallback number. Congratulations on setting up this feature successfully.
