End of Day Report

The end-of-day (EOD) report, provides you with a daily email, filling you in on everything that has happened inside your Forefront CRM. Included in the report are leads created, appointments set, follow-ups made and of course communications made that day.

Setting this up is as easy as accessing your account on the top right corner of your CRM, clicking on “Profile,” scrolling down to “End of Day Report,” and setting the time on which you would like to receive your end-of-day report. Here is a short clip of setting that up. Don’t forget to click on “Update” to save your settings.
