Creating Forefront Snippets

With our step-by-step instructions, you’ll learn how to create and use snippets with Forefront, so you can optimize your communication and focus on providing excellent service to your clients.

Step 1 – Go to Settings > Snippet

Access Snippets in Forefront by logging in and clicking on Settings on the left-hand menu pane.

Create snippets for your Notes, Email, and Text in the Snippets section

1. Notes snippet

Save time by creating a short template or typical note using the notes snippet feature, eliminating the need for typing it in.

2. Email Snippet

Create email templates for frequently sent messages with Email Snippets to save time and simplify your email communication.

3. Text Snippet

Create and Send Short Text Message Templates to Your Leads.

Step 2 – How to use your snippets

Use your snippets anywhere for notes, texts, or emails.

  1. Access the lead you want to use snippets from, then focus on the Notes, Text, and Email tabs.
  • Find the snippet option by clicking on the options within the message’s body in the tabs.

2. Simply click the Snippet button, select the desired snippet, and it will be added.
