Guide on how to import leads in Forefront CRM

The ability to import current leads that users are working on into Forefront is one of the key criteria for customers migrating from other platforms. This guide will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to import data and customize fields to ensure seamless integration with your Forefront CRM system.

To import data from another system using a CSV file, ensure the file is properly formatted for accurate allocation. Use a CSV editor like Excel, as the Forefront application does not support this process.

Please take note: The system will notify you of missing data, but you can still import it. If there are any discrepancies or typos in the header or values of the data compared to Forefront, you will be alerted. Importing all the required data may require multiple attempts for proper adaptation.

Check out this user-friendly video guide on how to import with Forefront. It’s split into two parts, so make sure you have enough time to watch and grasp the instructions.
