Creating Lead Tasks

This article shows how tasks keep users going back into leads and staying up to date with them. Every lead should have a future open task in it if it is not in a follow-up sequence.

To begin search for the Lead you need to add a task to then on the right hand side you can find the “Task” section where you can add any task.

  • Enter the Task, Select the Due Date, Assigned User (optional), Required (yes or no), add Description. Click Create to save
  • Update Lead Status Change Date– This updates the color on the lead card identifying how long it has been in a status
