Creating Lead Tasks

Keep yourself organized and on top of your leads by creating future tasks for each one. This will help ensure that you stay up-to-date with them and don’t miss any important follow-ups.

To find the Lead you’re looking for, start by adding a task. Look for the “Task” section on the right-hand side and add the necessary information.

  • To create a task, simply provide a due date and select whether it’s required or not. You can also assign it to a specific user and add a description.
  • Once done, click “Create” to save. As for updating the lead status change date, it’s as easy as changing the color on the lead card to reflect how long it has been in that status.
