Creating Lead Tasks

To begin search for the Lead you need to add a task to then on the right hand side you can find the “Task” section where you can add any task.
- Enter the Task, Select the Due Date, Assigned User (optional), Required (yes or no), add Description. Click Create to save
- Update Lead Status Change Date– This updates the color on the lead card identifying how long it has been in a status
