What is ShortCodes?
Shortcodes are simple tags that the system uses to get user and property information, making text messages and emails easier to deliver. You can use this in one-off emails and texts as well as Follow up sequences and emails.
Please take note: To use shortcodes, you must have the contact information available and they must be labeled as “Primary” contacts. Shortcodes only work for one-off emails, texts, and follow-up sequence messages. Without this information, the system cannot send the message.
Here’s a list of the default Shortcodes that can be used and below is how you can use them.

How to use the shortcodes.
To use a shortcode you just have to type in a bracket ” [ ” in the email or text (Specifically an angle bracket) and a list will pop up with all the fields that you can select and add to the message that you will be sending.
