How to Set Up Your Notifications

By enabling notifications, you can stay informed and up-to-date with the activities of your CRM, making it easier to manage your day-to-day tasks and responsibilities. In this article, we’ll show you how to turn on notifications and help you get the most out of this valuable tool.

Follow these simple steps to set up your notification.

To start Settings Notifications, click on the User Menu, then select Profile

A pop-up window will appear and the first thing you need to set is the phone number you want to send your notifications to, please note that you need to Include the country code at the front of your number (e.g. 1-210-867-5309)

There are different ways to receive notifications from Forefront.

  • Mobile – iOS / Android
  • Text / SMS
  • Email

Important Notes:

  • Please note that the email address you use to sign in will also be the address where you will receive email notifications.
  • Please be aware that the iOS mobile app’s beta version is the only one that currently supports mobile notification options.

Different types of Notification

Notification for Newly Created Leads

  • Set Text / Email / App notification when a lead is automatically created by a webhook and inbound call/text from a new lead.


SMS Notification

  • Set Text / Email / App notification when a lead replied or sent a text to a lead you are assigned to.


Inbound Call Received Notification

  • Set Text / Email / App notification when a lead replies while in a Sequence.


Mentions Notification

  • Set Text / Email / App notification when you are mentioned in a note or general checklist.


Task Notification

  • Set Text / Email / App notification when you are assigned a task.


Appointment Notification

  • Set Text / Email / App notification when you are assigned an appointment.


Assigned to Lead Notification

  • Set Text / Email / App notification when you are assigned a lead


Lead Due Alert Notification

  • Set Email / App notifications when a lead is about to be due and past due.


Status Automation Notification

  • Set Text / Email notification when a status automation is triggered and assigned under you.
