Set Notifications

This article will teach you how to turn on notifications that will be beneficial for your day to day needs so you can stay informed and up to date with your CRM’s activities.

Setting up your notifications

To start setting Notifications, click on the User Menu, then select Profile

A pop-up window will appear, and the first thing you need to set is the phone number where you want to send your notifications to, please note that you need to Include country code at the front of your number (e.g. 1-210-867-5309)

There are different ways to receive notifications from Forefront.

  • Mobile- Mobile App
  • Text- via Text/SMS
  • Email- Via Email
  • In-app- with in the App

Important Notes:

  • The email you are using to sign in will be the same email where you will get email notifications.
  • The Mobile notification options are for the Beta Version of our IOS Mobile App

Different types of Notification

Lead Created Notification

  • Set Text/Email/In App notification when a lead is automatically created by a webhook and inbound call/text from a new lead

Text Message received Notification

  • Set Text/Email/In App notification when a lead replied or sent a text to a lead you are assigned to.

Inbound call received Notification

  • Set Text/Email/In App notification when a lead replied or sent a text to a lead you are assigned to.

Inbound communication for lead in Follow up Notification

  • Set Text/Email/In App notification when a lead replies while in a Sequence.

Mentions Notification

  • Set Text/Email/In App notification when you are mentioned in a note or general checklist.

Task Notification

  • Set Text/Email/In App notification when you are assigned a task.

Appointment Notification

  • Set Text/Email/In App notification when you are assigned an appointment.

Assigned to a lead Notification

  • Set Text/Email/In App notification when you are assigned a lead.

Lead Due Alert Notification

  • Set Email/In App notifications when a lead is about to be due and past due.

Status Automation Notification

  • Set Text/Email notification when a status automation is triggered and assigned under you.
