Guide on how to import leads in Forefront CRM

Step 1: Accessing the import settings

1.1 Login to your Forefront CRM account

7.4 Choose the label and default status for the imported leads

7.5 Click on “Start Validation” to initiate the validation process

7.6 Wait for the system to validate the file

7.7 If any issues are detected, review the validation errors by clicking on “Show validation errors.”

7.8 Address any errors or warnings by correcting the columns in your list or adjusting the lead settings

7.9 Once the validation is successful, click on “Start Import” to begin the import process

7.10 Monitor the progress in the inbox, where the numbers will increase as leads are imported

7.11 After the import is completed, the leads will appear in your pipeline according to their assigned status
