Removing/ Changing a Leads Temperature

You can remove a Leads temperature or change them as needed by the lead

Forefront has the ability to change or remove the temperature that was set on a Lead.

  1. First make sure you are inside a lead, from there you will find the temperature on the left hand side inside “Lead Details”

2. Next click on the pencil icon to edit, look for temperature, and in the dropdown select none or the appropriate temperature for the lead and make sure to click on Save once you are certain about the changes.
