How to set the Default Temperature

There are 2 places in Forefront where you can set the default temperature, whenever the leads come in through those channels.
(Note: to use this feature, you must have a Pro account with Callrail and Webhooks set up)
Default Temperature for Webhooks
To set a default temperature for a specific Webhook, Click on settings found on the left pane on your CRM.
After clicking on settings on left hand menu you will find Webhooks.
Once you are inside Webhooks you will find all the Webhooks you have set up, from there click on manage and a pop menu will appear where you can set the temperature for the leads coming in from that specific Webhooks integration. Make sure to click on save once done.
Default Temperature for Callrail
To set a default temperature for a specific Callrail number, Click on settings found on the left pane on your CRM.
After clicking on settings on left hand menu you will find Integrations, and inside integrations you will find your Callrail Integration.
Search for the Callrail number where you want to set a default temperature and click on Manage, from there a small pop window will appear where you can set the default temperature. Make sure to click on save once done.
