How to set the Default Temperature

Some lead types are by definition hotter than others. This allows you to set a default temperature based on the campaign type

There are two (2) places in Forefront where you can set the default temperature, whenever the leads come in through those channels.

  • Webhooks
  • Callrail

(Note: to use this feature, you must have a Pro account with Callrail and Webhooks set up)

Default Temperature for Webhooks

To set the default temperature for your webhooks, you will need to navigate your way to the settings found in the left hand pane of your CRM.

After clicking on settings, proceed to webhooks.

Once inside, look for the webhook you would like to set the default temperature for and click on “Manage.” As shown in the image below.

Upon clicking on manage a pop-up window should appear and there you will be able to set the default temperature for your webhook as shown in the image below. Once you’ve selected the default temperature for your webhook, don’t forget to click save!

Default Temperature for Callrail

To set the default temperature for your CallRail numbers proceed to settings found in the left hand pane of your CRM.

Once you’ve made your way into your settings look for Integrations, in the image below it is framed red. Proceed to click on “Manage CallRail Integrations” framed in green.

Find the CallRail number you would like to set the default temperature for and click on “Manage,” as found in the image below.

Clicking on manage will make a pop-up appear as shown below. Set the default temperature you would like for the CallRail number and don’t forget to hit save!
