What Do The Dates In The Buying & Selling Section Do?

This article teaches you the Inside of the buying and selling section in the Lead modal, there are spots for you to put a date based on the status of the contract at that point.

Buying

  • Accepted Date – Used to determine how many leads have accepted buying offers in the funnel
  • Contract Date – Used to determine how many leads are under contract in the funnel
  • Closing Date – Used to determine how many leads are purchased in the funnel, and when to use a leads projected profit in the KPIs and funnel.

Selling

  • Accepted Date – Not used in stats at the moment.
  • Contract Date – Not used in stats at the moment.
  • Closing Date – Used to determine when to use a leads actual profit in the KPIs and funnel.
