Stats and Funnel Calculation

This will article will provide you with how each of the stats in your “Funnel” is calculated.

Leads- are all leads that came in for the selected campaigns.


Qualified leads– are all leads that came in for selected campaigns that did not end up in a Non-Lead status (spam)


Appointment Set – all leads for selected campaigns that had appointments set


Offers Made – all leads for selected campaigns that had an offer(s) added to lead


Offers Accepted – all leads for selected campaigns that have Accepted Date filled in Buying Info section.


Contract – all leads for a selected campaign that has Contracted Date filled in in Buying Info section.


Purchased – all leads for a selected campaign that has Closed Date filled in Buying Info section- (Closed Date)


Sold/Rented – all leads for selected campaigns that have Closed Date filled in (in Selling Info section)
