Navigating the Contacts page

This article will serve as a basic walkthrough for the contacts page.

1. Accessing the Contacts Page

Begin by locating the icon featuring two people in the left menu. This icon is appropriately labeled “Contacts.” Click on it to enter the Contacts page.

2. Page navigation

To navigate through the contacts page you have a few options:

• You can change the number of contacts you want to show in the table by selecting from the dropdown menu, which you can find at the bottom of your contacts page.

• You can also select the page number here and you may also utilize the left and right arrow buttons. Inputting a page number in the provided field is also an option to jump to a specific page.

3. Creating a contact

To create a new contact simply click on the “+ New Contact” button to begin adding a new contact. Remember to input all the information needed and to click “Create Contact” to save the contact you’ve just created.

4.  Utilizing the Filters

We’ve added new filter options that we thought might be useful to our users. Select your desired filters and remember to click “Apply Filters” for the changes to take effect. Click Reset to clear all filters and this will reset to default.

5. customizing columns

You can also customize the columns you want to show in the table by toggling columns on and off. After making your selections, hit “Apply Columns.”

6. Preset management

Explore the preset feature by adding and deleting presets. Clicking on the three dots will allow you to customize and create presets according to your preferences, including column selection and filters.

7. Downloading contacts

You can now export directly from the Contacts page. Simply click ‘Download’ to export all contacts, ensuring filters and columns are reset unless you have specific preferences.
