Set Default User for a Campaign

This article walks you through to how to set a default user per each campaign, which means you can dedicate a campaign to a specific person with in your team to allow more accountability and responsibility with each Marketing Campaign that you are running,

If the default user is set, if a lead comes in through a specific campaign the default user is automatically assigned to the lead.

  1. To set the default user, click on the menu and select Campaigns.

2. After selecting campaigns find the campaign you want to have a default user and click on Manage.

3. After clicking on manage, you will now find the Default user drop down on the right side of the pop-up window. Just click on the dropdown and select the default user you want to assign to the campaign, don’t forget to save, and you are done!
