Billing – How to process Cancellation / Refund
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee to new users who register with the App.
You must notify us in writing to [email protected] to cancel the account and request a refund within 30 days of initial payment.
Refunds will only be granted if requested within 30 days of the initial payment for the beginning of the account (as mentioned in the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee above). Refunds will NOT be provided for canceled accounts after the 30 day money back period, regardless of account usage, unless as a result of a mistake made by Forefront.
Please retain email correspondence for account cancelation as this will require a refund if within the 30 day money return period or to show payment was captured after account cancelation.
Ensure that you, as a user, have successfully canceled your account prior to proceeding.
How to cancel your account?
Go to your account settings, then choose “Account & Billing”
Scroll down at the bottom, click “Close Account”
Once canceled, you will need to submit a ticket to [email protected] requesting for a refund.
We will process the request for you and would like feedback on why you are canceling to better our services. You are never under contract so you can cancel at any time and your account will close down at end of the current billing cycle.
